NOTICE OF SPECIAL BUSINESS MEETING Revised Agenda 3/20/23 @ 2pm

AGENDA

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is given to the public and the Buckeye Valley Fire District (BVFD) Governing Fire Board that BVFD will hold a special meeting on March 21, 2023 at 6:00 PM, the meeting will be held at 6213 South Miller Road, Suite 112, Buckeye, AZ 85326. Board members will appear in-person, telephonically or video conference and can be heard by attending this public meeting. The BVFD Governing Board may vote to hold an executive session for the purpose of obtaining legal advice from the Fire District’s representing attorney or provide direction to its staff on any matter listed on the agenda, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3). The following topics and any variables thereto, will be subject to Board consideration, discussion, approval, or other action. All items are set for possible action.
